*Economy shipping has been discontinued in favour of the premium shipping option (UPS, FedEx & DHL) which is much safer and quicker. KuberBox sends the shipments through reliable courier companies. We offer two types of services - Economy & Premium.
"Economy" is charged at INR 2498 per item and the package is sent via Speed Post (EMS Government Post). It gets usually delivered in 7-15 days to 200 countries worldwide. The charges for the economy shipping option is determined based on the charges levied by the service provider (Govt. Post) which gets updated from time to time.
"Premium" shipments are sent by the express option of FedEx or UPS are usually delivered within 4-5 working days worldwide. It is charged at INR 7999 INR 3498 per shipment. These commercial service providers provide a fast and reliable way to receive your international shipment.

The liability of the jewellery is on us until it reaches you

All precious jewellery items by KuberBox are shipped in tamper-evident security envelopes with insurance.
You can make the payment via PayPal in any foreign currency of your choice (except INR). In any case if you are not able to complete the payment at your end, KuberBox will send you a PayPal payment link to collect the foreign currency payment for your order. Please note that our website won't let you make an INR payment for shipping addresses outside India.
If you wish to use your international card for making the payment, the website will re-direct you to the payment gateway and you can make the payment via PayPal without any hassle.
Also, if you wish to use any Indian card or want to make the payment in Indian currency, this can also be done on the website's payment gateway. This way both the options are available to you.
Unfortunately, there are no other ways around it. We ship all our international orders with proper paperwork and that requires us to show that the payment has been received in foreign currency. A lot of our customers who don't have their own international cards have asked their friends abroad to make such payments on their behalf. Please be assured that we are working on some other workable alternatives for you.
The economy shipping charges are INR 2498 per shipment. Standard charges for premium shipping via UPS/FedEx/DHL are INR 7999 (currently discounted to INR 3498). Standard shipments are sent via India Post. The timeline is 7-10 working days for manufacturing and 7-30 days for delivery. Premium Shipping timelines are 4-5 days for delivery.
If you have not received the payment link via PayPal in that case we have an alternative for you. You can click on the following PayPal link - https://paypal.me/kuberbox. Here you need to enter the payment amount yourselves and make the payment. Alternatively, you can also contact our customer happiness team and we will share the PayPal payment link with you on your email id to complete the payment procedure.

Login is not mandatory in PayPal. Only if you already have a PayPal account, you may login. Just below that you will find the button "pay as a guest". Please click on that you won't have to make any new account. Then you can use your credit card to make the payment.
While making payment via PayPal, if the transaction does not succeed , no need to worry as we will help you out. A few of the possible reasons can be -
1) You might be using an Indian card to make the payment. PayPal only accepts International cards and payment must be done in foreign currency.
2) In some international cards, there is a amount limitation fixed by the foreign bank, if such is the case then you need to contact your bank , verify the transaction and you are good to go.
3) If your payment was declined, you may need to confirm the email address associated with PayPal. Update the expiration date or billing address associated with your credit or debit card.
4) You may have a limitation placed on your PayPal account. You can find steps to lift a limitation in the Resolution Center.
5) To protect your account, PayPal uses a complex screening process and review every payment before it's approved. This is similar to the way most banks and credit card companies work. Occasionally, when PayPal pass the transaction to your bank or card issuer, they can decide to pass/decline it. In this case, please contact your bank to figure out why your payment didn’t go through.

To help protect your account, PayPal uses a complex screening process for credit card payments. This helps prevent lost or stolen cards from being used for unauthorized transactions. An international card might be denied because of the following reasons :-
The card issuer is having technical problems that prevent authorization of a transaction.
The card issuer sees a charge that doesn’t fit your normal spending patterns and blocks the transaction to protect you.
You have exceeded the limit on your card.
Contact your card issuer directly. Ask why your card was declined, and whether you can still use it. If you can still use your card, please try your transaction again.
Pay securely online using your bank account. You can link your bank account to your PayPal account in just a few minutes. The merchant never sees your financial or other personal information.
Try to link a different credit card to your PayPal account.
No, that would not be the case. We can merge all your products in one single order and ship it together. That way you only have to pay the shipping charges once.
If the shipping and billing address is different in an international order, in that case, you can share a declaration on our email address mentioning the reason for the same. Our customer support team will share the format for the same. Secondly, the PayPal address should match your order's delivery address.
PayPal deducts around 10% transaction and currency conversion charges which is 8% higher than the charges we pay for payments received otherwise. So set off this 8% and at the same time make it convenient for our foreign-based buyers, we put a 4.5% currency conversion charges for all PayPal payments. This is not something new and this is the ideal procedure for all our PayPal payments.
We do not offer 30-Days Returns & Lifetime Exchange Guarantee on International shipments, nor do we allow cancellations in case of international orders. But we do accept all types of repair or replacement request in case of any issues with the product. The shipping charges of returning the product from your location and we shipping the product again has to be borne by you.
Import duty is levied when imported goods first enter the country. For example, in the United States, when a shipment of goods reaches the border, the owner, purchaser or a Customs broker (the importer of record) must file entry documents at the port of entry and pay the estimated duties to Customs. If you don't pay the import fees (or have a standing account that is authorized to be billed for the fees), your package will not be released for delivery, and the shipper will be notified. After a reasonable time, and multiple attempts to collect from you, depending on options chosen by the shipper, the item may be returned. In such a case, KuberBox would not be liable to refund you for your order or shipping charges.
